Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all services and products of Safety Locks. By using our services you agree to these terms.
1. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer, quote and agreement between Safety Locks and its customers, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include BTW (VAT), unless stated otherwise. Payment is in principle made directly upon completion of the job, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Liability
Safety Locks stands for good work. However, we are not liable for damage due to incorrect information or improper use of what we have delivered. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the job in question.
4. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
